9. Repeat layers.
10. Sprinkle with vegan mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese, if desired.
11. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the lasagna is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
12. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
